It was fun and yes you are included into almost every part of the ramen making. That makes it more interesting anf you feel like you actually made it. Love every second of it and the end result was tasty.

This is a really fun activity but be prepared to work! The two men teaching the class were knowledgeable fun and entertaining. They provided a tremendous amount of information and kept the 7 of us constantly busy. And the results were delicious!

This was one of the best experiences I have had while traveling to Japan. I loved this activity from the teachers/chefs helping us to the atmosphere and the food, it was incredible. I like that I got to learn a new skill set, have a good time, and then eat some amazing ramen and gyoza. If you are traveling to Japan and have the time, you need to do this. They send you home with the recipes as well. It’s been fun taking a little bit of knowledge of Japanese cuisine home with me! :)
