My wife and I had a fabulous time learning how to cook ramen from Misato, Shati, and the rest of their crew. The chashu pork was absolutely delicious. Also thank you for also taking the time to recommend and explain lots of interesting info about Japan as well. We both highly recommend this for anyone who is looking for a casual cooking class that leads to a yummy meal. Thanks again! -Coleen and Sun

Kyoko was a wonderful host for our ramen making class and Bunga was a very personable and knowledgeable guide for our walking tour! Kyoko shows you how to make a very delicious bowl of ramen while making the noodles from scratch! Using locally bought food that you pick up along the way! While buying the food, Bunga also gave us a lesson in the different styles of ramen and what goes into the different styles. It was a wonderful time that is accessible to everyone. It was the perfect mix of history lesson of Akihabara, getting to live as the Romans do with a visit to a local farmers market for ingredients, and a course in how to make a great bowl of ramen!

Very fun to make ramen by yourself. The tour is a bit long because the classroom is actually a little far from the meeting point

The cooking class was fantastic! We first went shopping together and then made the ramen. I’m really looking forward to trying it out at home! Saori, our teacher, was so lovely and explained everything to us wonderfully!

We took the Ramen Making Class and it was a wonderful experience. Our hosts gave us an interesting walking tour through Akihabara and also visited a small grocery store where we picked up ingredients for the ramen. When we arrived at the cooking school everything was organized and our instructor Kyoko explained the process step by step. We all got to participate in every step from making the ramen noodles, preparing the sauce and broth and cooking the meat. The best part was eating the flavorful ramen we had prepared and it was so delicious. It was a very fun experience interacting with other guests and the hosts. Overall, this was an authentic Japanese cultural experience. Thank you very much to our instructor and hosts, Kyoko, Kihou and Bunga.

I really enjoyed the tour through Akihabara with Aki, and making our own noodles and broth for our Jiro Ramen with Tamae and Aki. Both were very knowledgeable about the areas and cuisines

Misato and Kyoko were amazing guides. They showed us around Akhibara and explained the history and significance of the areas we walked through. Then they took us to the market and showed us the ingredients we’d be using to make our ramen. Once back to the kitchen, the experience was so much fun and the food tasted delicious. Was also so fun to talk to the other people taking part in the session. 100/10 would recommend this experience

This experience was phenomenal. We had an intimate group with amazing instructors (Misato and Kyoto). They were so knowledgeable and had our answers to everything we could ask. It was great to have locals showing us around the supermarkets and helping us learn phrases and cultural lessons.
