Rosalina was fabulous. What a wonderful way to spend a morning! Nothing like picking out a fresh fish and cooing it. We made pasta with semolina. Simple but delicious.

Rosanna was a wonderful tour guide of the Rialto Market and a terrific instructor for the hands-on cooking class. The pasta and tiramisu were fun to make and delicious to eat. All of the participants worked well together and had a very enjoyable time!
