Complete your tour as you climb the Palatine Hill. Believed to be the founding place for Rome as a city, the hill became the richest neighborhood of Ancient Rome.

In the case of inclement weather (rain, snow, frost…), the arena floor may be closed off without notice. Entry through the gladiators’ gate will not be affected but access onto the arena floor will be prohibited.
Please provide the full names of all travelers when booking. Failure to present a voucher with all travelers' full names at the ticket office prior to entry may result in denied entry to the Colosseum and Roman Forum.

1.00our flight was cancelled and I emailed the operator 24 hours prior due to flight. I was told if we could make it 30 minutes to 1 hour prior, they could still accomodate us. we arrived 30 minutes late, 20 of those minutes waiting on the counter help and they declined us and would not rebook. Viator is so hard to get in touch with via mobile app- they give no way to connect with them. I was charged and missed our lifetime eperience with no help. The kid at the counter could care less. I know we were late due to our international flight, but I was hoping they would help us :(. its also way more expensive and other tours are similar. I just wish they would have been willing to help
