ARE YOU READY FOR A UNIQUE PASTA-MAKING CLASS? Join Chef Riccardo and his team for an authentic cooking class. You will learn how to make fresh pasta from scratch with famous Italian sauces. After meeting the chefs at Riccardo's grandma's house or at The Cooking Lab, they will welcome you to show you the art of making pasta. Small groups classes like in a real Italian family to make everything more authentic :) You'll be able to make traditional Italian pasta like Ravioli, Fettuccine, Tortellini, Cappelletti, Spaghetti alla Chitarra, and more. Using only the freshest ingredients, we will show you how to prepare famous Italian sauces. Don't worry if you're vegetarian, there is a special menu also for you! It was very fun and well organized. The place is very clean and nice. William the host and chef was enthusiastic and very professional. Now the lesson for making pasta was as good as it can be. We ended up making spaghetti, fettuccine and ravioli. He showed us how to make Cacio e Pepe, Arrabbiata and butter and sage sauce. Which were all equally good. That experience was well worth the price.

Fantastic and fun. Everyone, about 12 people, took friendly humorous, entertaining direction from a real chef in making 3 types of pasta with 3 different sauces. Wonderful easy experience that you could take home and enjoy for the rest of your life

Such a great experience! We would definitely recommend. We ended up having our own private class since there were 6 of us. The food was fantastic and we learned new techniques. We will definitely be making this pasta at home.
