What To Expect

ARE YOU READY FOR A UNIQUE PASTA-MAKING CLASS? Join Chef Riccardo and his team for an authentic cooking class. You will learn how to make fresh pasta from scratch with famous Italian sauces. After meeting the chefs at Riccardo's grandma's house or at The Cooking Lab, they will welcome you to show you the art of making pasta. Small groups classes like in a real Italian family to make everything more authentic :) You'll be able to make traditional Italian pasta like Ravioli, Fettuccine, Tortellini, Cappelletti, Spaghetti alla Chitarra, and more. Using only the freshest ingredients, we will show you how to prepare famous Italian sauces. Don't worry if you're vegetarian, there is a special menu also for you! Of course, after cooking, we'll enjoy what we have prepared in a genuine Italian meal all together with complimentary wine :) * Please inform me about any food allergies or dietary restrictions. ** Possibility to arrange the class with options for special recipes like gnocchi, tiramisu, risotto, or special dietary restrictions (like gluten-free / dairy-free, or vegan), etc. if you book a PRIVATE CLASS.

What a fantastic experience! My family went to this experience as we thought it would be a great addition to our Italy trip. William was an AMAZING teacher and made this class so fun and filled with laughter! He was very friendly, professional, and likeable! 100/100 would definitely come back! ✨️

We absolutely loved this cooking class! We learned how to make four types of pasta and three different sauces, all while sipping delicious wine. It was completely hands-on, so much fun and easy to follow. Watching Riccardo's passion for his craft was a highlight - he's not just teaching recipes, he's sharing a piece of Italian culture. We left with full stomachs, new skills and big smiles. Truly a wonderful experience and one we'd recommend to anyone visiting Rome. 10/10

I never write reviews on multiple platforms, I’m not sure I’ve ever done a TripAdvisor one before but the cooking class with Leo was so good I have to. I’ll tell anyone who listens! Hands down, best thing I’ve done in Rome. Leo was so much fun, the class was hands on, so we all got to make the pasta. Do yourself a favour and book the class now, you won’t regret it. 10/5 stars.

Great experience and great chef/teacher. William did a perfect job! Good size of class and nice atmosphere in the very clean and nicely decorated kitchen. Will recommend this class to anyone traveling to Rome. Even the included wine was way better than expected!

Small class size permits personalized attention. Made multiple types of pasta and three types of sauces. Be hungry when you get there, you’ll be eating what you made. …and the class ends with digital files containing the recipes. Absolutely worth the time and expense.

It was amazing! Leo and Ricardo were professional and fun! Food was excellent! I learned so many things and I’m a really good cook, but this was the best!
