1.00We just got into Maui, no meet and greet, no shuttle. We called when we got our luggage like they said to do and we were told we have to wait for an hour for a ride.

1.00When I called the number, they had given me after I arrived, the woman on the other end told me they were very busy and the shuttle was not there. When I asked her when it would be there, she said she didn’t know, and it could be upwards of 40 minutes. She then said we can issue a refund, I said I didn’t want a refund. I needed a way to get to my hotel. I ended up having to organize another way to get to my hotel, very frustrating at 10 o’clock at night.

4.00Transport company should put somebody outside the baggage claim to direct the customer where to get the shuttle. There is a parking lot for their shuttles but kind of hidden. Otherwise the driver was good

1.00They told me to call when we got to the airport. Call would not go through. Tried for 45 minutes. (They called to confirm 2 days bf and told me what number to call when ready for pick up) Other calls went through fine. Had to pay for a taxi. Total waste of money. Scam. Always trusted things booked through viator. No more.
