What To Expect
You will be received by your driver or a representative at arrival who will take you directly to your hotel or destination. At departure you will be waited in the lobby. Avoid lines or paying extra money and use a nice vehicle with safe and comfort. You will be transported by a professional that will take care of you until drop-off at airport/hotel/destination. • Round trip private transfer • Your driver / representative will be waiting OUTSIDE the arrivals hall, holding a sign with your name on it. If it is not possible to make contact beforehand, please call us at the number listed on the voucher. • At departure your driver will be waiting in the lobby. 1.00The pickup was great and we had a very good experience with our driver. The company MyTransfer Group was very professional. My complaint is with Viator. For the return trip, which was booked 6 weeks in advance, they never made the reservation! Now there is a NATO conference in town and we are stuck with no way to reach the airport from our hotel. They charged us 6 weeks in advance. Could they not have set up the reservation? They did not contact me nor refund my money ($75). In the future I will contact the shuttle companies directly and avoid third parties such as this.
