  There is some climbing up & down stairs involved in this tour. There are elevators are available if needed.

  I booked 3 tickets for 108€. It was supposed to be tickets so we could skip the line and get and audio guide. When we arrived they had no tickets to us, but instead we were following a man who led us into the line with people who hadn’t bought a ticket yet. So with waited for over an hour for him to buy us three tickets, 14€ each. The audio guide didn’t even have all of the rooms in the royal palace! So I don’t know what I paid 108€ for. We could have stand in line ourselves, we don’t need a guide for that?

  This tour was messed up from the start. Tour guide was late. All of the headsets were inoperable. Tour guide when he finally arrived did not even tell us who he was. Very disapointed with it all. We had to download the tour on our phone to listen to the audioguide but we did not know that before we started so I did not have my earbuds with me because I did not know I needed them. The app needed was also not very user friendly. Part of my group could not even get it to work so the palace was just a walk through with no guide. The whole experience was just sad.

  Booking this through Viator was a breeze, but I was caught offguard when the tour operator contacted me outside the app regarding a time change. But I was able to confirm through the app.
