2.00Unclear where to take voucher to get ticket. Staff there were also frustrated. Also many people in the line with Viatour voucher were upset too

3.00Ste. Chapelle itself is beautiful, but they are really packing them in now. Find a restroom before you go in — theirs is a true mess. Men and women sharing two stalls in the men’s room and women’s completely closed. Conciergere itself is a bit of a mixed bag. The beginning is basically a virtual reality experience and you aren’t exactly seeing “treasures”, at least not to those of us of a certain age. The rest is crowded and tour guides feel free to simply take over many of the spaces and feel free to take over large spaces and tell you to get out of the way as you are not a part of their group.

1.00When I got to the meeting point have no idea what to do I don’t have my ticket no one to help or ask. Finally. I emailed the office they issued me the ticket supposedly12:00 but they issued me a 12:30 to instead. Is just so confusing never again.

1.00I booked two tickets for the Saint Chapelle and Concergerie the day before, and I never received the tickets. I reached out to the tour company and there was no answer from them. By the time of the experience, I had never received tickets and am trying to get a refund from Viator. This seems to be a trend from the other reviews this past summer. Do not book with this company...it's a scam!
