1.00When I got to the meeting point have no idea what to do I don’t have my ticket no one to help or ask. Finally. I emailed the office they issued me the ticket supposedly12:00 but they issued me a 12:30 to instead. Is just so confusing never again.

1.00I booked two tickets for the Saint Chapelle and Concergerie the day before, and I never received the tickets. I reached out to the tour company and there was no answer from them. By the time of the experience, I had never received tickets and am trying to get a refund from Viator. This seems to be a trend from the other reviews this past summer. Do not book with this company...it's a scam!

3.00I couldn’t change my voucher though the people at the entrance were very nice and let us in anyway. The Holy Chapel is very beautiful for the concierge a little disappointed I had seen more on YouTube. So to improve the voucher redemption point because I couldn’t find it!

1.00I would never book this again. I requested noon entry tickets. I did not get a confirmation or my tickets until 10am the day of! The tickets they sent me at the last minute were for 530PM!!!!!!! I could not go! I would like my $$ back please! I am a Virtuoso Travel Advisor w Precision Travel in Dallas. I expect MUCH better service and now worry about booking my clients with you. I sent many many emails to Viator and also to the provider. I callled the provider- No one answered. I had help from Viator on the help desk but still nothing from the provider… And Viator was not able to provide any results.
