Terrible experience. No one showed up at the site. The only thing we got of the ticket price was entry into Chappell and we had spend time with the gate agent to convince him we had paid. No one answered the phone numbered provided to deal with questions.

Thank you for organizing this tour, which was exactly what we expected. Unlimited time was bonus as we was not pushed to leave the area, we were free to spend as much time we wanted. Audio guide was interesting.
