Step 2: Grasp the characteristics of sample sakes and discover your personal favorite flavor. Step 3: Blend the sake of your choice. This is your first step as a Sake blender. Step 4: After two trials, the recipe and the name of the sake are decided. Your one-of-a-kind original blended sake, "My Sake," is now complete. The staff will bottle it into a 200ml bottle for you to take home! (Sake for take-out will be available approximately 30 minutes after the recipe is completed. Please note that the delivery time may vary depending on the crowding situation.)
