Your transfer will be confirmed within 24 hours of booking and you will be provided with a travel voucher to present to the driver. It's that easy! 5.00Very good! Even thou we had a delayed flight, our driver waited for us and welcomed us warmly. He is funny, and took the time to describe the places of interest as we passed by like (i.e., yellow building Mozart’s place, the love lock bridge and even the bakery shop where he is a regular. Overall good experience!

1.00Extremely bad experience, luggage staff treats us like creatures. Comes running with the warning horn in the bottom, unpicked baggage is thrown out of the cart and cooled off by the tiles.

5.00It was nice to avoid the hassle of an airport arrival after a long flight from Los Angeles by a friendly greeting. A taxi would have been cheaper but having a nice and friendly person sheparding me to my hotel destination was worth the money.
