This is the only samurai sword experience in Tokyo where you would feel like a real samurai and have a real hands on sword experience different from some simple costume play. Many people come to Japan to learn about the history of samurai and fulfill their childhood dream of being a samurai and this is it. The lesson includes hakama wearing,, wearing samurai armor and samurai helmet and posing in front of several samurai-theme backgrounds. The whole experience takes about 75 minutes.

We had a great time at this samurai/Ninja experience. You get to hear a lot about the history and then throw some stars like real ninjas. And there's a competition that you just might win!

It was so much fun to dress up in hakama and have a sword fighting demonstration!! I also really wanted to shoutout the instructor Rin! This was my younger brother's first cultural experience in Japan, and as someone with ASD, I was a little worried about him doing the experience. But, Rin was so friendly, patient, and warm towards my brother and he really helped kick off his first trip to Japan in a such a fun and wonderful way. Myself and Danny really appreciated you and Danny fondly remembers his experience with you!

Started with the samurai experience doing real exercises with an amazing instructor Ryo that’s actually a descendant of real Samurai! And took the historic tour with the ninja experience too in which the instructor Mono was amazing too! Would highly recommend going!

Excellent tour! Educational, fun and great for all ages! We had Nao as our tour guide. There was a practice session throwing shuriken (ninja stars) and you can try on the samurai costumes!
