Of our three food tours we did in Paris, this was definitely the best. Our tour guide was Matthew Daws and he was excellent! He does his homework and has extensive knowledge on the food, culture, and history of Paris and specifically the Latin Quarter. He is perfectly fluent in both English and French. He has a great sense of humor which is always fun. You will learn a lot about Notre-Dame and the Latin Quarter, you will get plenty of exercise (I believe we logged about 6000 steps), and you will taste some exquisite sweets, savories, cheeses and wines -- and trust me, you will leave with a full belly. If you're going to buy macarons to bring home, make sure to buy them at the macaron shop on the tour -- best macarons in Paris!

It was wonderful. A lot more food than I ever expected. The food covered all areas of French cuisine. The walking tour was very informative.

Timothy Chalamet, I mean Mathis, was an excellent guide. He is a budding chef, so I really trusted his food, knowledge and instincts, and everything was delightful. We explored the Montmartre neighborhood, which was so cute and I want to go back, and had everything from chocolates to crêpes to cheeses to pates. My kids particularly liked that we started with the chocolate and macaroons, but even they try some of them more adventurous items. We also weren’t some history of the area, which is always a good time. Highly recommend!

This tour was wonderful! I learned so much about Paris and it's history. I was the only one on my tour and my tour guide was still enthusiastic and kind. There was also obviously a lot of good food included!
