The previous afternoon between 4:00p.m. / 5:00p.m., will be shared via email the pick-up agenda, with pickup location and contact details of the driver who will carry out in transport
There is a minimum of people required to operate the tour. In the event that this minimum is not met, customers will be offered an alternative date, another tour of equal or superior value, or a full refund.

1.00The experience was far from what was advertised. Below are the issues we encountered during the flight: **Incorrect Location**: We were informed that the flight would be over Segovia, but we were actually in Toledo, which was not what we were expecting because, The views did not match the stunning images shown on the booking site, and the promised tour of the city was nonexistent. **Language Barrier**: The description clearly mentioned that the flight would be in English, but this was not the case. This made the experience even more frustrating, as I couldn’t understand what was happening at any point. **Long Wait Time**: We arrived before the balloon did and had to wait 30-40 minutes while they set up. This was frustrating, especially given the premium price we paid for the experience. **Short Flight Duration**: The actual flight lasted only about 20-25 minutes, which is significantly shorter than what was expected. **Unprofessional Landing**: After the brief flight, we ended up stalling in the air for about 15-20 minutes waiting for the van to locate us. We were then forced to land on someone’s private property. The property owner arrived immediately, saying that we could not land there, the situation became tense. I could not understand what was being said, as everything was happening in Spanish, but I gathered that the property owner was threatening to call the police, which they eventually did. We couldn’t understand why we couldn’t get out of the balloon this made this whole situation worse & very uncomfortable & UNSAFE for us. We were waiting for over 30+ mins to figure things out. They then found someone working the water plant and asked them if we could land there. 2 people who paid for the flight had to get out and help push us over the fence into the water plant. This whole experience was extremely frustrating & stressful for us. I would not ever recommend anyone to use this company. False advertisement and misleading advertisement.

5.00Wonderful once in a lifetime romantic experience with my beautiful wife. Clear skies with a slight crispness in the air. Perfect sunrise over the horizon. Breathtaking and peaceful panoramic flight over the castle and cathedral. The team was very friendly. The transportation driver picked us up on time. It's a good thing we bought the balloon flight with transportation included; Segovia was an hour drive from Madrid. Very pleased with the trip.

5.00Our tour guide/pilot took us over the beautiful town of Segovia for a closeup view of the castle and cathedral and also high up over the surrounding scenery, which was a gorgeous. peaceful ride. The cava and meat and cheese plates were also a nice treat after in the field with new friends we met on our side of the balloon. Will be one of our favorite memories of our time in Spain!

5.00Wonderful flight. Our captain Nix was fantastic. Beautiful views of Segovia and the Alcazar and surrounding villages. We also got to see wild boar and deer, many hares and rabbits.
