It is not possible to bring bulky baggage of more than 16 litres in size onto the boat.

If a storm occurs during the tour and the guide decides that for security reasons it would be safer not to continue the tour, you will be escorted back to the departure point but if this happens no refund will be issued.

Nice boat ride on the Seine. They all leave from the Eiffel Tower and then head back around the two central islets. It lasts less than 1 hour. To rest your legs and see Paris from the Seine.

We booked tickets for the seine cruise and when we arrived to collect our tickets we were refused them as our voucher from viator was not valid. Tour operator was a waste of time as well to help when we rang. Eventually got on boat but still did not get given our tickets. History group is better and reputable. Book direct through them I would

The cruise was great! I would have given this 5 stars however, the operator was difficult to find and the commentary on the boat was quite quiet so if you're on the top deck like we were, you couldn't hear what was being said. Apart from that, I had a wonderful cruise, largely due to me proposing to my partner and her saying yes while we were on the river Seine!

It started with the ticket agent-very rude. Boarding was chaotic and dangerous. No supervision. People pushing and shoving. It could have been disastrous. No safety talk-couldn’t understand anyway. People standing by rails so could not see. Again, no supervision.

So we booked rather late in the afternoon but never received our tickets or instructions as to where to depart. So we wondered around to find any area that might have boats leaving and found a place we felt had to be right. After trying to call the number listed (which wasn’t valid) and sending a message within the app we finally got our ticket confirm minutes before departure. However what we paid was much higher than if we would have just bought them at the dock or departure. The “guide” was a recoding in like five languages, none of which you could hear or understand. Very dirty and load. Not how we wanted to finish off our Paris vacation.

Views from boat were amazing. Getting tickets was confusing. Viator and tour operator Star Europe emailed me that I’d get tickets emailed to me which I didn’t. So I had to stand in the long ticket booth line before boarding.
