What To Expect
The Bund
The bund, which extends from Jinling Road in the south to the Waibaidu Bridge in the north, is a 1.5-kilometer-long boulevard on the western bank of the Huangpu River. Walking along Zhongshan Road, you will be able to enjoy the scenery of Huangpu River but have a glimpse of the development of Lujiazui district on the other side. The architecture along the bund is unanimously honored as a "world architectural fair"
Yu Garden (Yuyuan)
Yuyuan Garden was first established in Ming Dynasty by Pan yunduan who used to be the governor of Sichuan and later expanded greatly. Yuyuan Garden was considered the best garden in southeast China. It enjoys a history of over 400 years since its first establishment by Pan yunduan who had intended to bring happiness and pleasure to his parents and relatives.

Extremely Disappointed!!! Wasted My Only Day in Shanghai

1.00I trusted this company to deliver a confirmed tour on my only free day in Shanghai. The pickup time was set for 11:00 AM but no one ever showed up. After waiting, we contacted both the tour operator and Viator. Shockingly, the operator claimed they had no idea about a tour today and weren’t even in Shanghai! Yet, we had a confirmed booking and valid tickets. Viator’s only solution? A refund. That completely misses the point I didn’t just lose money, I lost time I can never get back. No alternative was offered for the same day, and with my schedule, rescheduling wasn’t an option. This experience was a major letdown. I expected more reliability and responsibility from Viator. A refund doesn’t make up for a wasted travel experience. Proceed with caution.
