5.00My driver had to wait an extra hour due to a delay in baggage and clearing Customs. It was no problem, and we had a long drove together to the other side of Shanghai to the other. He spoke excellent English (which isn't usually the case) and was very friendly. The car was clean and comfortable. Highly recommend this service to anyone!
