What To Expect
Your driver will meet you at the hotel reception, then take you to your destination, making a maximum of 3 stops on the way to drop off or pick up another passengers. The service is available 24 hours a day, seven days a week, so it doesn’t matter when your flight departure. At time of the booking, please provide your departure date, flight time, flight number and airport destination. Note that shuttle means you will have to share the vehicle with other passengers. Vehicles will make a maximum of 3 stops.

2.00Driver was ONE HOUR late. Viator lied to us and told us the trip should take 1/2 hour. The concierge at our hotel said 3/4 to one hour was correct. Driver was supposed to pick us up 3 and 1/2 hours before our flight. He arrived one hour TOO late. We will never use this company again

5.00The driver was very prompt and courteous and was extremely efficient getting us from the hotel to the airport. We arrived in plenty of time to actually enjoy the amenities of the business and first class section dining area. I would definitely recommend this group again if you’re in need of transportation
