We begin the tour right in front of one of the most iconic landmarks of Japan: the Shibuya Crossing.We'll take a couple of photos, with the hundreds of people crossing it. We'll then head up to the 1st bar through the bustling Shibuya nightlife streets.

The second bar is easy to miss if you are distracted! We'll encounter lots of local people relaxing after work and bars normally get crowded. The bars are tiny, people are drinking, and their spirits are high, so expect lots of interactions with locals!

For our third stop, we’ll visit either a cozy local bar or a lively karaoke bar. Karaoke after bar-hopping is a classic part of Japanese nightlife, so we hope you’ll join in and enjoy this fun experience!

Additionally, there may be instances where substitutions are not possible at certain stops; however, we will make every effort to compensate at different stops throughout the tour.

5.00Was shown around Shibuya at the 7pm slot amidst the bustle of Halloween week, and Naoki was a fantastic guide for it. Knew all sorts of well hidden places for food and the perfect mix for gyoza sauce. Would recommend to anyone!

5.00Yuki was a great tour guide, he gets all the stars, 10 stars out of five. Super personable, easy to get along with, and made the whole experience amazing. Great selection of different izakayas with their own unique vibe capped off with probably the greatest karaoke session that has ever happened. Book it!

5.00Naoki is the best drinking buddy and guide you could ever want in a city like Tokyo. He showed us some great hidden gems and gave us priceless local tips to getting around the bar scene in the city. Not to mention his vast knowledge of food! Easily the best bar hopping tour you can do in Shibuya.

5.00Mushashi-san was the absolute best guide for our recent Shibuya bar hopping tour! We had a wonderful time and had the opportunity to experience different types of food and drinks at each stop along the way. Between stops Mush shared some cultural insights and tips for exploring Shibuya which made our excursion even more memorable. He was friendly, fun, and funny and did an awesome job at bringing our group of strangers together for the evening. We went back to some of the spots we visited on our own after the tour and each izakaya truly felt like a local spot which made for an authentic experience!

5.00My brother and I had an amazing “private” drinking tour with Naoki — I say “private” because it ended up being just the two of us! The tour was three hours long. Each of the three stops had its own unique vibe, and we enjoyed every one of them. Naoki took photos for us along the way, and I even got to show off my lovely singing voice at the last stop. I drank more than I thought I would (and could), but it was all part of the fun. 10/10 — thank you, Naoki!
