5.00Our tour guide Lily was incredibly kind and informative. She was engaging, friendly, and attentive towards our interests. She has amazing energy and truly made my family and me feel like we were learning more about Shibuya than we would have on our own.

3.00In our 22 day trip through Japan, passing through 6 cities, this was undoubtedly the worst tour. We had another idea of this trip. The announced tasting did not happen completely and we did not have time to visit the shops included in the itinerary. The guide was good, but if we had done this tour on our own, it would have been much more advantageous, pleasant, less rushing and economical. I felt mistaken and I do not recommend it at all.
