The duration of transfers are approximate, the exact duration will depend on the time of day and traffic conditions
Waiting time restrictions: on arrival flights from Europe the driver will wait maximum 60 minutes from the moment the flight has landed. On arrival flights from outside Europe the driver will wait maximum 90 minutes from the moment the flight has landed.

What To Expect
This express shuttle service is one of the best ways to get from any Paris airport to your hotel or accommodation in In Paris or Disney. Your driver will be waiting for you at the arrivals hall, then will take you to your destination making no more than 3 stops on the way to drop of or pick up another passengers. The service is available 24 hours a day, seven days a week, so it doesn't matter when your flight arrives. At the arrival, you may have to wait for other passengers arriving at the same time or same flight number, this waiting time never exceeds 30 minutes.

1.00When I arrived in Paris my driver I have been texted before my flight sent me a text when I arrived that something came up he would send another driver. Well after numerous calls and texts no one answered so I took a taxi. After 1 hour I received a text from another driver looking for me but I left with a taxi. I have requested my money back but haven’t heard anything yet..

1.00The driver was not waiting in the arrivals hall. When I called the operator he told me it would be 20 minutes. I said that's too long he said okay five minutes. We waited ten minutes still no driver, had to find alternate transportation.
