It was a great experience we enjoy the outside more than in. It's a lot of walking but a great place to take pictures and from the top of the hill you can see the entire city. Pretty amazing

Paid for skip the line but still had to queue. Be aware uou need to keep showing your ticket for certain areas in the Palace. Lots of stairs too. Prepare for steep walks in the gardens.

I wish I’d researched more, the first Sunday of every month offers free entry to Florence’s main attractions. As a result, queues were huge, and there were no fast-track options. Extremely disappointed that this tour operator continued selling “fast track” tickets when none existed. There was a single queue of 200+ people, and security refused to acknowledge our tickets, so we had to queue to get the free tickets to then join the line to get in. Completely misleading and a waste of money.

Was ok... Italian champion. Bisl less posh than the major international galleries. Garden was averagely maintained in autumn. No real view of Florence

Make sure you grab the audio sets before going in. We made the mistake of going in first through security and scanned our tickets and couldn’t get back to get the audio sets.
