If you want to spend your day here there is no problem. Only coordinate with your guide at moment of pick up. 1.00Oh, bad! You do not meet a set time! Let us were without the walk! Me and my family had not yet arrived from travel in advance q arrived! I warned the guide that the change of time on their part would not meet my family! Nobody did anything to help us! We waited, no answer, no tour and I still had no right to the refund of the amount invested

3.00The place is magnificent, for those who are looking for snow this is the right place. But the problems begin when the van stops in a "Tourist Pega" for the rental of snow clothes, 35000 (R$260,00) pesos per person, if you are in the center you rent the same clothes for less than 20000 pesos. R$80 to R$100. The van that I was running over, if you have a weak stomach prepare before, to climb the mountain range infinite curves and the million, my son went wrong the whole route among others in the van. When arriving in the snowed valley all expensive, take some snack and plenty of water. We stayed 4 hours was cool we saw vast snow. When lunch prepared the pocket, me, my wife and my son got 100.000,00 chilean pesos, about 650,00 reais for lunch. The descent was bad too a lot of curve and slopes, all this a million descending. Then they take you to your stay.

4.00An interesting experience for a first contact with the snow. The guide Claudio very helpful, efficient and extremely cordial. On the day of our visit (02/06/24) there was enough snow for the experience. Since it was the beginning of winter, the rental of snow clothing kits was not justified, with this almost everyone was there fantasy of tourists with boots and heavy clothes without the temperature justifying, except for those who wanted to send photos to everyone. This happens because the vans make a stop at a "tourist arapuca" that rents (expensive) clothes. Triple what you pay in specialty stores in Santiago. Look first to know the temperature in Valle Nevado before spending good money. Besides, it's worth the walk.

3.00The places are beautiful, full of snow (Sept, 2024). But there was missing information about the Valle Nevado and the possibility to stay there a while, get the cable car and get known a little bit more about that station. The time there was pretty short (~1h). The option to know all the places on the same day is Ok for a first met, but it's not enough to enjoy all the possibilities.
