All ingredients and supplies, an apron and a towel will be provided for you. Your class will be a small group (limited to a maximum of 8 people), so you will never be a bystander. Wagyu is a world-famous word nowadays. “Wa” means Japan(ese), and “Gyu” means beef. During this class, you will make use of various methods to complete your full-course lunch, from appetizers to dessert. The instructors are all friendly, English-speaking locals who are happy to assist you. They will share some tips and stories of each recipe and sometimes share some secret techniques, too. This cooking class will give you a homey atmosphere to cook in. As Japanese always start with “Dashi”-making, each class will begin with the making of "Dashi," the fundamental soup stock of Japanese cooking. Your instructor will also explain about some of the typical Japanese seasonings which are frequently used. Then, you will prepare 7 dishes learning classic and modern recipes, ways to present food, elaborate cuttings and unique Japanese ingredients. As a main dish, you cook some beautiful, tender Wagyu beef. After all of the cooking is finished, finally, it will be time to say 'Itadakimasu!'

I enjoyed and learned new things from the class.. Easy to follow and understand. The food that we cooked were delicious. Short lectures and explained every detail. Location was easy to find, just follow the google map, you’ll also enjoy walking on the way, lots of trees and quiet environment. The place is clean too. Highly recommend it.

We made 8 dishes, starting with dashi. Then we used the dashi in almost every other dish we made. This is real cooking and it’s exactly what I wanted. Thank you to the instructors for making it fun and relaxed. The studio was spotlessly clean and inviting and comfortable. I felt at home. And the meal was delicious. It was perhaps my favorite activity in Tokyo. Highly recommend!

The cooking experience was a show! You just have to know how to do it. Everyone was a master chef. The instructions very good to implement. There was a recipe handout and a lot of valuable information. In the end, snorting what you cooked yourself was probably deserved and once yummy.
