Our snowmobile experience is designed as a training-focused, beginner-friendly introduction to Arctic snowmobiling. The emphasis is not on speed, but on comfort, safety, and learning how to handle the snowmobile confidently while exploring the quiet beauty of Northern Norway’s winter landscapes. After a detailed safety briefing and driving instructions, you’ll ride in pairs — one driving, one riding as a passenger — with the option to switch during the tour. The route takes you through snowy valleys surrounded by mountains. On clear days, the views are spectacular; in snowfall, you’ll feel the raw Arctic weather up close. No previous experience is required. A valid driver’s license is needed to drive the snowmobile.

A great day out with our personal tour guide, driver and photographer who looked after us from start to finish . We enjoyed the scadoos and he went out of his way to see that we had a great day . We were taken to a Norwegian family farm and were well looked after . Very professional and safety was in place to ensure we were having a safe ride . Would recommend this day out Lots of fun and an enthusiastic young guy from alshemal Norway made sure he took care of us kept in touch informing us of times location etc . After our day ( and keen valentines photo shoot ) he dropped us off to the cable car which worked out great timing on the way back on route .

The young guy who was our personal guide , driver and photographer, he kept me updated on WhatsApp of times , locations etc which is a big bonus with these trips and the personal taxi was nice He was very polite , and wanted us to enjoy our day and was keen for our photo shoot on Valentine’s Day! Don’t be put off by a slight language barrier , he took us to a wonderful location with views and a lovely Norwegian family too , where we drove the scadoos which was fun in the forest parts and had a lovely hot pot lunch in a cosy outdoor hut on their land . There was only a portaloo there which was a surprise , but our great driver did offer to stop on a hour travel . On the way back we asked our driver to drop us off and went to the Gondola cable car and bought our tickets online in the car which was a good shout for coming back that way A great day !
