Each vehicle includes a set luggage allowance. A flat £15 charge applies for reasonable excess luggage carried in the passenger compartment, subject to driver discretion and vehicle capacity limits.
Cruise pickups include 60 mins free waiting time from your scheduled pickup. If additional waiting is required, charges apply: £15 (0–15m), £20 (16–30m), £25 (31–45m), £30 (46–60m), £40 (61–90m).

Once a passenger has booked a journey from Southampton Cruise Port, we send a confirmation email with all pickup and journey information. On pickup date and time, our driver hold passenger name board by the Cruise disembarking gate.

5.00Be sure to allow plenty of time to travel between the Southhampton Cruise Port and Heathrow -- anywhere from 1-1/2 hours to 2 hours. Our driver was there on time. He was very helpful and friendly, and did an excellent job of delivering us safely to the airport.
