5.00Just fantastic. From the managed arrival on the pontoon (London Eye), from a really sweet young lady. To boarding and lively interaction from Jack, who is hysterical and the pilot, Bill. Coasting smoothly along the Thames was really great and THEN… 🎶🎼🎵 Live & Let Die 🎶🎼🎶… OMG… hang on, hang on…. Speeding to 007 music, then Queen…. Later the mission Impossible soundtrack…. Sooo exciting, so exhilarating. We were banking, swerving, looping. The speed was something else. I loved it. So much that I couldn’t help screaming. I wasn’t dying but just enjoying this absolutely thrilling experience. Amazing. Thank you so much. We’re going to rebook.

5.00So fun! We were 2 adults and an 18 year old young man, didn't really know what to expect but it was so much more fun than I thought it would be. Worth mentioning, often I get 'sea sick' on boats, but due to the wind in my face and the speed I was fine. Above all the staff were great and good company. Stupidly, I realised I'd left an item on the boat, the staff made some phone calls and their representative come to the tube station with it - above and beyond. Great customer service.

5.00Thank you! My boys (aged 11 and 13) and I loved the boat trip! The commentary was excellent (with a bit of humour thrown in!) but the best bit was the fast part of the journey! Would definitely recommend this trip!

5.00We did this experience on the 31st August at 13:05. What an amazing experience me and my 8 year old daughter had from start to finish. I went to the Westminster pier which was the wrong location and the ladies over the phone were great with helping direct me to the embankment pier. Due to this we arrived 6mins before the boat was scheduled to leave and they still accommodated us which we were so grateful for. The lady who greeted us and assisted us with our life jackets was so lovely and helpful. I was quite over whelmed when I arrived but her calm energy helped relax me. She also complimented me on my hair which was so nice and was very good with my daughter. She kept telling me not to rush and that I could take my time! THANK YOU!! The crew on the boat were great and very helpful. Me and my daughter was the last to board and there were no seats for us to sit together. They kindly asks the people on board if they could move to allow us to sit together which again I was so grateful for and grateful to the gentlemen who allowed us to be together. The crew were very informative and made the experience so much fun for everyone on board. My 8 year old LOVED IT!!! We will definitely be returning!!! THANK YOU!!
