  Very interesting visit to do but unfortunately spoiled by the behavior of our guide who did not care about foreign customers. His only concern is the American client. As a result, communication of the elements of stewardship such as the meeting times as well as the very imprecise meeting points that ended up losing us and leading us astray from the group We ended the tour ALONE solo. Just abnormal, indecent and inadmissible. French tourists in fact, beware ....!!!

  It was awful! We got there and found no one! We went exchange the ticket and charged my card twice. Bad. I sent an email and tried to call and no one responds

  Nope. Double nope. This was not a guided reserved tour. There were more than 50 people in our group. The tour guide could not take care of everyone. We got on the ship, met at a wall when we got off at the statue and she said meet back in an hour. No guided tour. Go on next boat - meet after get off - had 25 minutes on Ellis island- again no guides tour. We decided would take next boat to actually see it and would take a taxi to 911 memorial to catch up. We waited almost 2 hours for a boat to get off Ellis Island. Completely missed 911 Memorial - was dark and so cold. Pass on this and just do it yourself - would be so much cheaper.

  The experience was fantastic! I’m elderly with a cane and the staff was over the top accommodating, polite, patient. Displays were informative, pictures opportunities many and things were clean. It was very busy but the ‘traffic’ moved steadily. Bravo!

  actually, you don’t need this “guided” tour to this landmark totally. The ferry just take $2x.x /p for the round trip. You paid almost 4 times against the official fees and get almost nothing. Trust me, buy the ticket from the official site and to see it by yourself.

  Matt was our tour guide and he was wonderful, very friendly and personable and also very well versed in NYC lore. We had beautiful weather which made the tour even nicer. Would highly recommend visitors experience this tour
