2.00I am writing to express my disappointment with the Stonehenge Half-Day Tour. The tour description was not transparent about key details, which significantly impacted our experience. Limited time at Stonehenge: The booking information did not specify how long we would have at Stonehenge. We were surprised to find out that our total visit time was only 53 minutes. This was not nearly enough time to see the site and its surroundings. Misleading return time: The tour was advertised as a return by 7:30 PM. We were dropped off at 6:42 PM, nearly an hour ahead of schedule. We could have easily used this extra time for a more substantial visit to Stonehenge. Incorrect drop-off location: The tour dropped us off at Gloucester underground station, a completely different location from our original pickup point. The lack of clarity in the tour details and the rushed, unsatisfactory time at Stonehenge made this a regrettable booking. I would not recommend this tour if you're looking for an adequate amount of time to explore the monument.

1.00Worst customer service I’ve dealt with in a long time/ do yourself a favor and book directly with the tour company instead of a third party like this. Also it did not include a snack pack as advertised so plan accordingly

5.00A very well run tour. They are on time and it's a very good price. The driver was good with giving instructions on where to go once we were there and what time to be back at the bus stop. Highly recommend.
