It was a misleading situation. 1st it says local-guide-expert. Apparently this includes just driving on the bus. NO guiding through out Windsor or Buckingham Palaces. None. (The guide should have did an overview of the Day to start. When we left Windsor we made were told Buckingham Palace was the palace, gardens and mews. When we got to the Mews, guess what— not included! $895- for the tour and then another $100- for the Mews. Not Happy!! Miss Represented !! No Guides!!

Amazing, a must to see if in the UK, we had a fabulous host who was entertaining and informative, he got us to the front of the line pretty quick, and obviously loves the Royal Family. Great to see both in one day! It was a very full day. LOVE!!

Allen was so funny..just added to a great tour. You had plenty of time at each castle and you go at your own pace!

Great tour . I loved the amount of time dedicated to Windsor Castle and St George’s chapel. We were there about 3 hours and were able to see it all! Our guide was so funny “cheeky “😂

Small group made the tour perfect! Our guide, Nicholas was knowledgeable and funny. Windsor Castle was amazing! Buckingham Castle was way too crowded, and the poor air circulation made it very warm. However, the rooms we saw were stunning. Disappointed, no interior photos were allowed in either location.

Steve, our guide, entertained us and ensured we would not be standing in a queue too long to enter Windsor Castle by taking us on a roundabout way of getting there and a walking tour of Windsor area near the Castle.

Very complete Steve's explanations and I love the whole tour in the company of our family. We attended my wife and 3 daughters.

Really enjoyed Windsor Castle. Very well organised and easy to navigate. Buckingham palace not so organised. Our tour guide Alan was very knowledgeable and very accommodating. He has a good sense of humour which made the day very enjoyable.

It’s rather expensive for just a bus ride to the locations. Just uber. No guide, just a “here ya are, grab a headset and someone else will pick you up at 1:00”. Driver on the way back reeked of cigarette smoke and let us stand in the rain for 35-40 minutes before letting us in the coach. Just awful. You also meet at a bus station that’s equal to the ghetto of Harlem.

The tour states that you have a local expert guide to go into Windsor with you and Buckingham palace. This is not the case he just speaks on the bus about random things not about the history of either place. You are left on a long line and have to use a an audio guide which is not helpful. You can go to both places with a taxi or an uber and pay for admission yourself for much less money. Viator refunded one of the families on the tour but not us. They didn’t care. We have used Viator in many different countries and for a few years and we are extremely disappointed with their false advertising and lack of concern.
