Absolutely amazing! Kana was a gem and made learning how to make sushi look easy. It was absolutely delicious and hubby was converted! (He wasn’t particularly into sushi because of the raw fish, but everything was very fresh and tasty.) Kana’s husband, Keiran, was “Sous chef“ for the day and he gave us great tips on places to visit. 100% recommend this adventure. Thanks so much!

We had a wonderful experience with Kana and her husband, who was filling in as her assistant. They were so kind, and Kana was excellent and patient in teaching us how to make sushi of a couple of types. It was a lot of food once we were done, we did not leave hungry! We would highly recommend this experience.

A family-owned business, Kana and Karem (sorry if incorrect ) welcomed us with smiles and over the next 1 1/2 hours, we learned sushi-making technique, Kana's own personal journey and fun facts about Japanese culture. What also made this workshop fun was meeting people for Paris and Florida. I highly recommend this experience and enjoying eating your hand crafted sushi!

Our group recently attended a sushi making class and had a truly great experience! We came in with two different dietary restrictions. one with celiac disease (gluten allergy) and another with a shellfish allergy and the staff went above and beyond to accommodate both. I emailed [email protected] & received a quick response about accommodating our allergies on our visit. They were extremely careful about cross-contamination and made sure all ingredients were clearly labeled and safe for each of us. It made the whole experience stress-free and enjoyable. The fish was incredibly fresh, and the instructor made the class fun and engaging. We learned so much, had a lot of laughs, and left feeling confident about trying sushi-making at home. Highly recommend this class to anyone, especially those with food allergies.
