5.00Very fun! Easy to book and find. Host Hiyo was very kind and engaging. She told us about the history of sushi and the two main types. We made 16 pieces each! The fish was decently fresh for a cheap class. Hiyo and her assistants were very vigilant in helping us throughout the class to make sure we were doing everything correctly. She even remembered us from the matcha class the previous day. We had a great time.
