Met at bus by "guide" who handed us a piece of paper, all in Chinese, no guide map or booklet, asked for headphones, informed that the experience would be broadcast over speakers, started off with blaring music and no commentary, went downstairs to see the guide, he wasn't on the bus, driver couldn't speak english and gave us headphones, presumably so we could hear the screaming music better, 12 other people on bus equally bemused, it was raining and the tarp on roof kept sliding back covering the upper deck in water, we couldn't fix it and driver not interested, over an hour like this, tour operator wouldn't respond and Viator operative was rude and surly, eventually we got back to station and complained to the guide whom then turned on audio, apparently no refund due as "we got what we paid for"!
