I booked a ticket for tour on Saturday but when we arrived the theatre informed us they were closed on Saturday. We were unable to reschedule since we left Venice today. We would like a refund since it allowed me to book on a day they were closed.

This tour was excellent and worth every single penny! I usually remember names, but since I took a couple of days to write this review, I unfortunately forgot the name of my guide. She was fantastic! It ended up being a private tour because the other couple who was supposed to join us never arrived. My guide explained every detail in a way that was both interesting and relevant, rather than just providing unnecessary information. She was very knowledgeable. If you’ve seen the new movie with Angelina Jolie and enjoyed it, you’ll be excited to know that on the second floor, you can find the real portrait of the opera singer she portrayed. I highly recommend this tour—it's a must-do if you're in Venice! 10/10!

Our tour guide did an excellent job but the tour company put English speaking and Italian speaking guests in the same group. The tour was supposed to be in English but the tour guide had to repeat everything in Italian. This was not ideal. It took lionger and there was no time for questions because the guide was on a schedule. Again, not her fault. She was just as surprised as us.

Very poor experience, staff are very rude and unhelpful and don’t care. The wi-fi doesn’t work so you therefore can’t load the QR code guide. This is undoubtedly the worst visitor experience we’ve ever had in Italy and we have visited many similar sites before…. Don’t bother wasting your time and money here. UNACCEPTABLE

A stunning theatre with an interesting history. The guide was knowledgeable and helpful. There was a family with 4 children under 10 who were well behaved but spent the time whispering which made it difficult to hear the guide during her talk in the theatre. But very much enjoyed the tour overall.

The guide did not show up and we were not notified. Very disappointing and unprofessional. A tour was not necessary as we did the tour ourselves.

Tourists can hardly see anything except a public box. I think it's not just the ticket price. Tourists can't really experience the beauty of this opera house. It's much worse than what I experienced in the opera houses in Barcelona or Vienna. I don't recommend it!
