Had a wonderful experience at Thai and Akha Cooking School - The instructors is funny and helped icebreaking for the crew with a number of jokes. We learned ingredients and ways to cook authentic Thai and Akha dishes from scratch. A fun, hands-on cultural experience and one of the highlights of our time in Chiang Mai. Highly recommend.

Great experience! The amount of food is a lot, so come hungry! Everything is set up for you, and it’s very easy, even with minimal experience cooking.

We loved this class! Aon was enthusiastic and funny, and showed us around the market where we bought fresh ingredients and tried several foods. The class itself was great, we made loads of dishes individually and then ate them together. Not everyone has to make the same thing which was great. There is so much food so don’t eat breakfast if you’re on the morning pick up!

We had a fantastic experience at Akha Thai cooking class! Aon was amazing, we learned how to make 10 different Thai dishes (all delicious) and left feeling very full (don’t eat breakfast if you’re doing the morning class!). Would recommend!

The best experience in Thailand so far. I am here for a month now and today’s food was the best Thai food that I’ve ever had - cooked by us! The flavors are so heavenly, I will never buy factory-made curry paste after learning here how to make my own. Our instructor was very funny, patient and kind! I highly recommend this class, if you’re in Chiang Mai, don’t miss it. “Cook with your heart” ❤️

Great experience. The instructor was friendly and we did 2 appetizers, 2 soups, dessert and 3 main dishes. Group wise was good, only 5 people. Hotel pickup was punctual, we spent like 5 hours including the market visit.
