Was forced to pay $20 extra in cash to the driver for pick up from airport after having paid for the entire trip in advance during booking with pickup location clearly indicated. Also, the driver took a longer route instead of the new highway just to avoid paying a toll. Overpriced transfer. Far cheaper options available outside Viator.
