After the tour was complete and we went our separate ways, he still assisted us when I sent him a message asking about which subway to take to get to my next experience. Thanks to Cyril we all had a great time and learned a lot. Would definitely recommend doing this tour.

2.00While I received a survey about what I would want for the tour none of that was passed on to the guide. I spent time listing all the sites we would cover with the tour we would begin in a few days and none of this was shared. Thus nothing was prepared and we were asked what we should do. Since we had arrived in Tokyo late the ever before we had no clue. It became a hit or miss three hours

5.00Cristiano was knowledgeable, enthusiastic and in tune with our goals for the day. We had an easy time navigating public transit with him. Box lunch outside the Imperial Palace was a great idea and he knew exactly the right place for photos. He made our day in Tokyo very memorable.
