2.Due to the booking platform's privacy settings, we can't see your email address， please inform us your email address after booking. We will send you an email around 9 PM the night before your departure, which will include information about the guide, driver, and vehicle license plate.
3.Weekend and holiday traffic in Japan may delay the return time past 8 p.m. Our company will cover any overtime fees for the guide and driver. we kindly recommend not scheduling any activities or transport afterward to avoid losses. Please note that visit times at attractions may also be shortened， adjusted or canceled due to the same reason, We sincerely ask for your understanding and patience.
4.The tour guide will be holding a yellow flag with 'Gogoday Travel' at the meeting point. Please provide the guide with the name and phone number you used to place the booking. No refunds for late arrivals or no-shows.

2.00My wife and I were very disappointed at this activity. When we showed up at the pickup point there were many people and tour buses and their procedure to find the correct tour guide was not clearly explained so it was chaos and stressful. We had to wait on the dock in the pouring rain for the pirate ship to arrive. Many people in the tour did not get their full meal that they paid for because we were only given 40 minutes. On the positive note the tour guide was very kind and tried to do his best but it was poorly organized from the get go. Be advised that your total travel time in the bus will be at least 5 hours because commute times from Tokyo are quite long especially during peak traffic times.
Your guide Jack was great - and Mount Fuji surreal in its majestic beauty- only issue was a lot traffic on way back.

4.00Very happy Fuji-san decided to be out all day. We got to see Mt.Fuji from many different angles and all the way from base to the tippy top. But if we did not get to see Mt.Fuji then this trip would have been kind of a dud. In other tours I have taken the guide is normally spitting facts the whole time, our guide today just gave us like 5 minute blurbs before destinations. Then at the destination you just wandered around on your own. I feel like its a little bit of a missed opportunity to have been able to embrace more of the significance and culture of the areas we visited. Also the lunch place picked was not great. Would recommend bringing a bento. But if you just want to see Mt. Fuji. Some beautiful lake views. Pray at a shrine on the water. And eat sulfur cooked eggs to add some years on your life. Then fully recommend.

4.00Read the ad carefully! It reads as though the cruise is part of the deal, one add even say the opportunity to visit the pirate ship but the pirate ship is the ship used for the cruise at an extra $10.70 Australian. Be prepared for a fast tour. A lot of us had trouble understanding our guide. Several of us on the bus were disappointed that we didn’t get more time at the end of the day in the souvenir shop. It is quite intensive and you do a lot in one day but it is speedy at each location with only 35 minute break at lunch.
The tour leader is superb, and the itineraries were well prepared

3.00Whilst Jack was a friendly guide and he did his best to make sure that we could enjoy as many activities as possible despite the weather, he was rushing through the very few bits of information that he provided. This tour is mostly self guided and the activities are shared with many other tour groups so they are very crowded. The arranged lunch offered by the tour company is ok but overpriced. If the weather is not good or foggy avoid as you will not see anything. Check Mount Fuji visibility before going
