3.Weekend and holiday traffic in Japan may delay the return time past 8 p.m. Our company will cover any overtime fees for the guide and driver. we kindly recommend not scheduling any activities or transport afterward to avoid losses. Please note that visit times at attractions may also be shortened， adjusted or canceled due to the same reason, We sincerely ask for your understanding and patience.
4.The tour guide will be holding a yellow flag with 'Gogoday Travel' at the meeting point. Please provide the guide with the name and phone number you used to place the booking. No refunds for late arrivals or no-shows.

5.00I did a trip today Kousei as our tour guide. First , I booked through viator at 8:50PM and within 10 mins got all the details. Kousei made sure I have all the details about pickup place by sending a personal message too. The tour itself is a tasting tour where you explore lots of things rather than one place in detail. Great option if you have less number of days. I was in transit with just two days in Japan so the tour format served me really well. Kousei ia fully committed to what he does, knows the area well and give instructions so well that it's hard to miss things even when in rush.

2.00We were extremely disappointed with the quality of this tour. We spent over 6+ hours of the tour just sitting in the bus while having an average of 15-30 minutes to walk around each of the 4 stops to accommodate for the heavy lines and traffic. We were supposed to have 80 minutes to explore Hakone, and instead had 15, just enough to walk to the shrine and back. We were rushed the entire time to look at just a few tourist attractions without any explanation of the cultural significance or history. Then we had to pay $10-20Usd for a mediocre lunch. Since lunch wasn’t included on the tour, I assumed we would be stopping at a town where we’d grab lunch independently. I wish it was included in the cost of the tour upfront. I honestly feel like I wasted one of my only days in Tokyo and am super sad about it. While the tour company can’t control the weather (absolutely no view of Mt Fuji), they can control the quality of the guide’s ability to share a rich history of the sites we’re seeing so we feel an enriched experience of the history of Japan. There was no explanation of anything— just a statement to go have free time and walk around. You can also control any modification in schedule to allow us to have more time where it matters. We spent over 3 hours in traffic to return back to Tokyo and I would’ve rather missed the last tourist stop to get back on time. You could’ve asked everyone what their preference was. Other than that, we enjoyed the black eggs and the view from the cable car, despite being cloudy. However, I would personally not recommend this tour to others and save your money exploring some other rich cultural sites Japan has to offer.

5.00This experience was amazing! My tour guide, Kousei, did a great job at making sure we got the most out of each beautiful location. He was very knowledgeable and kind to all of the guests. He was also a great photographer and made sure that all of our needs were met. I would definitely recommend him for this tour. P.s. it was so cool to see beautiful view of Mt. Fuji!

5.00We accomplished A LOT in one day and our tour guide, Wanting, was great! My family really enjoyed all the stops. A quick note to the tour company: it would be helpful if you let people know in the description for the tour that the pirate ship cruise and optional lunch are cash only add ons that you will collect on the tour. It didn’t affect our tour, but it is helpful to know these things ahead of time. Thank you again for the great experience!
