Ken was an excellent guide. He was knowledgeable, friendly, flexible with the route. Ken told us many stories about Japanese history, as well as the modern society and the way Japanese people live. The route was brilliant! It was well thought through and we managed to cover all top sights in a day. Highly recommend!

Our guide, Shinobu, gave us a wonderful experience for our first tour of Tokyo. He removed all stress on us, from meeting us right in out hotel lobby, to escorting us all the way back there on our return. His mastery of the English language was truly impressive, so we communicated with ease. He customized the tour to our preferences. We saw everything we wanted to see and he gave us interesting information about all the sites without overwhelming us with too much detail. We covered so much ground in one short afternoon. We were very satisfied with our experience and we feel very lucky to have been assigned such a knowledgeable and personable guide.

Seeing the attractions was great, however, our tour guide did not provide any meaningful information. He was very nice but lacked knowledge about the history of Tokyo and the sites he showed us.

Our first visit to Tokyo could not have been more special, thanks to Usha. From the moment we booked, she reached out with kindness and professionalism to create a customized itinerary just for us. She met us right at our hotel, and from that moment on, we felt like we were exploring the city with a knowledgeable friend rather than just a guide. Usha led us effortlessly through Tokyo’s highlights — starting with the peaceful beauty of Meiji Jingu, then into the energy of Takeshita Street and Omotesando. She showed us the perfect spots for photos, always ready to capture wonderful memories for us. In Shibuya, we experienced the excitement of the famous Shibuya Crossing and learned the heartwarming story of Hachiko, before heading to Asakusa where the atmosphere around Sensoji Temple felt magical. What stood out most was not only Usha’s knowledge of the city, but her warmth and thoughtfulness throughout the day. She made sure we were comfortable, engaged us with stories, and made the entire experience flow naturally. By the time she guided us back to our hotel, we felt like we had discovered Tokyo in the best possible way. Thanks to Usha, this day will always be one of our fondest memories of Japan. If you’re visiting Tokyo, we cannot recommend her enough — she is simply wonderful!

Really enjoyable day in Tokyo tailored to what we wanted to do and see. Having been to Tokyo before we wanted to do more shopping than sights.
