We may contact you regarding additional charges if the pick-up location is outside our service area. Please provide your contact phone number or WhatsApp account when confirming the booking. We will contact you to confirm the pick-up details in advance. And we will arrange the driver one day in advance. 2.00Driver caught in traffic so new driver sent. She did not know where to pick us up or where we were going. After numerous WhatsApp texts driver found us but told us we needed to walk a parking lot to retrieve the van. And driver spoke no English! I purchased a meet and greet at the arrivals terminal but certainly didn’t get it. Dismal experience after arriving in Tokyo.
