3.00Our driver only spoke Chinese, and no English. And we are in Tokyo… We had requested an English speaking driver, but we received no explanation. Thankfully with the help of Google translate, we made it to the port safely and on time.

2.00Driver caught in traffic so new driver sent. She did not know where to pick us up or where we were going. After numerous WhatsApp texts driver found us but told us we needed to walk a parking lot to retrieve the van. And driver spoke no English! I purchased a meet and greet at the arrivals terminal but certainly didn’t get it. Dismal experience after arriving in Tokyo.

3.00Driver was 1/2 hr late picking us up. I was in contact with him from the previous evening and everything looked set to be on time. He mentioned there was traffic and would be 15 mins late but ended up being 1/2 hr late
