3.00We had a difficult time locating the driver, he did not come into the airport terminal holding up a sign. We contacted him by phone after trying and working with the airport information people. We finally reached him at around 2:45 pm. It was very frustrating because he did not come into the airport and even though we tried to find him outside, his vehicle had no signage so we could not identify him. In other words because there was no good way to locate the driver we spent and long period of time trying to fine him. Lastly, this is the third time that we have had a bad experience with airport pickup when scheduling with Viator, the process with your vendor and you client needs a great deal of improvement.

5.00Great option for families needing transportation from Narita to Tokyo with various pieces of luggage/backpacks so you don’t need to wheel /carry them down escalators and then try to maneuver them on trains. The driver was prompt and courteous and the van was comfortable and clean.

1.00The way to the hotel was not safe at all, the driver was looking tiktoks in his phone and texting the half of the trail, even when he was driving on the freeway, he made wrong and not permited things all the time and that out us in risk, a very bad service to be honest, bad service.
