Unfortunately we couldn't get the tickets downloaded. We were cut to Apple mail but we don't have Apple mail. The service staff could do little for us and we had to buy tickets on Iris. Helpdesk Viator was just reached. Bad experience. Poor service

It was very nice. We could totally see the whole city. We enjoyed ourselves. We went all the way to the top! We took some fabulous photos.

The Tokyo Sky Tree is the tallest tower in the world! Must book tickets in advance for the best experience; worth paying the extra to go another 100 meters higher to the Galleria and standing on the glass floor. Went at 7pm and the views were amazing. Be prepared- it is very crowded and long lines - people taking pictures and for the elevators so please plan for that in case you have booked other events on the same day!

Seeing the city of Tokyo from 350 meters is incredible. I would recommend going a little before sunset to see the city light up. Walking about the observatory was a very cool experience. The staff on the observatory were also very polite and friendly, and they offer to take photos at no price for a small photo. However, be prepared to wait when you are done observing the city, the lines to get down were very long. Also, only the 350 experience was worth it in my opinion, there is no need to go further up.
