We really enjoyed our cooking class with Minnie. She did a great job explaining all the directions for the dishes we were making. The food we made was delicious. Highly recommend this experience!

Our instructor, Mihori, led us on a unique and memorable cooking lesson. We went grocery shopping for the ingredients we would need for our meal and she gave us tips along the way. From there we walked to the cooking studio and cooked for roughly 3 hours. We made everything from scratch: miso soup, fried eggplant, rolled omelette, and a sushi roll. Afterward, we feasted on all of the delicious food we made. Mihori not only taught us about Japanese cuisine, she also chatted with us about Japanese culture. Our family of four includes two kids, ages 10 and 14, and they thoroughly enjoyed the experience too.

Great experience! Our tour guide was nice, fun and informative. We chopped at a nearby grocery store and learned a lot about some Japanese veggies and meat. We then proceeded to a private place where we made some fun dishes. My two teenagers really enjoyed it. We ate, learned and had fun. We will go back to her if we are in Tokyo again.
