It was quite hard to know when a bus was due at each stop, but the route was interesting and playing British bangers in between information was a good move, however, I would've liked more commentary. Other bus tours tend to provide this. Very disappointing that they obviously use AI instead of actually paying a person to do the commentary. Also, disappointing that the last bus doesn't stop at the last stop and I was nearly late for a show. Thank goodness for the Tube! It was much cheaper than the other companies though so hard to complain too much.

Well worth the amount we paid ( I can't overstate this). Both the Landmark and the Parks and Palaces tour were excellent- convenient and fun. We went on both the Jack the Ripper Tour and the Entertainment Tour and enjoyed them immensely. Our guide for both was Craig, who made the walks both engaging and informative. He displayed an excellent sense of humour while maximising our enjoyment of the walks.

Only goes one way. Stops not well marked. Terrible interface once you buy tickets, i.e. no walking directions, or specific addresses, just streets listed. Offered a river cruise, bought tickets, immediately tried to book the river cruise, only offered a spot several days after we are leaving!!They should not advertise tours they can't fill. Don't do it, pick another hop on hop off tour. Good luck! Gorgeous city, great idea, other hop on hop off tours BETTER.

My family and I had a pleasant experience with Topview. First time to visit London for 3 nights and were able to see all the sites we wanted by riding the buses. We had also booked the Royal Palace tour but we didn’t wake up early the day of and almost missed it so we had to take the subway to get to the meetup point with the guide faster but we lost our way after getting off. The first available Topview agent, Hussain who was assisting at one of the Topview bus stops was able to call our tour guide and had him wait for us as we were late and didn’t expect to be able to make it on the tour. Hussain even caught us walking on the street midway and guided us to where the tour guide would be waiting for us. We appreciated his efforts doing that as we had almost lost hope making it there. Also, the tour guide (I believe his name was Scott) was funny and made our experience worthwhile. Everyone we dealt with from Topview including the drivers were so helpful and cordial

We waited for an hour. No bus. After half an hour, we called to check where it was. The agent said it would be there in 15 minutes. Another 30 minutes passed. Still nothing. I asked to speak with a manager. The reply was that no one was available. I asked for a refund. They told me to email the company. The whole thing was a mess from start to finish. Total disaster.

We did the "Jack the Ripper" walking tour with James and WOW!!! James was exceptional!!! The voice, the story, the suspense, the intrigue...James had it all. With James as our guide we were transported into the murderous autumn of 1888 in the seedy White Chaple slums. The air was thick with suspense as we walked in the spine-tingling steps of the infamous bloody butcher and fugitive Jack the Ripper. James' mastery of storytelling and adroit use of the English language left us hanging on every morbid word. His combination of visual cues and historical locations really created an immersive 4 dimensional experience...5 stars!!!

Had the 48hr pass. Very disappointed. Difficult to follow route map provided and we ended up walking very long distances finding a stop. We wanted to catch the blue route bus and it never turned up to the bus stop highlighted. In fact over the 48hrs we never ever saw a TopView blue route bus at all!!! At one stage there was no commentary and when asking the driver what was going on he had not turned it on!! There were many diversions in place which meant we could not see large parts of the route - ok not the companies fault - however it would have been nice if the driver had mentioned this on boarding instead of wasting our time!! Overall very disappointed and frankly feel ripped off by the company.
