What To Expect

We will be monitoring your flight from the time of departure, to be aware of any delays or early arrivals. Your bilingual driver will be at the airport exit holding a sign with your name on it. All of our drivers wear uniforms for easy identification. The driver will take care of your luggage, and walk you to your private van, where you can relax and enjoy the rest of your trip to the Planet Hollywood Beach Resort. The approximate duration is 40 minutes, but we can stop on the way if you need to get something at the supermarket, buy some fruits, or take pictures. Before taking off, the driver will make sure everything is ok with your hotel reservation, and will leave you in the good hands of the hotel personnel.

Our original flight had a layover in Atlanta Georgia. It was canceled due to the inclement weather at the end of January 2026. We were rebooked on a direct flight which arrived two hours earlier than our original flight. The Viator representative from it was green earth arranged to have somebody come as quickly as possible and bring us to our resort the planet Hollywood in Costa Rica. Thank you for your quick response to our needs. We were able to get alternative transportation to the hotel in a timely manner. Thank you very much!

We met Kaylor from Green Country when he picked us up from LIR. He was professional and personable. He answered any questions and his knowledge and love for his Country was evident We also used company and Kaylor for Beach local town tour which was also great Went to two beaches and Coco Beach for shopping which was alot of fun
