What To Expect

Our driver or Assistant will meet you at some selected pick up point. They will be holding a sign with the lead traveler's name on it. The driver will then assist you with your luggage and load it into the awaiting vehicle, the vehicle in no more than 3 years old. Sufficient time will be allowed for pick up other passengers and any traffic delay so you are always on time for your cruise boarding. Admire the England countryside as you cruise along the roads. Arrive at your destination, cruise port in a timely manner. The driver will once more assist you with your luggage and bid you farewell as you board your cruise ship. Schedule pick up time by London Area: Our driver will pick up passenger from any London Hotel, please advise hotel name and full address, also confirm with supplier the correct pick up time for your transfer.

I booked for 2 private vans to take us to the cruise port instead we were picked up by a bus that made several stops causing a delay on our scheduled check-in time. We were not informed about the change in transportation.

Easy way to get to the ship. It was about a 2 hour drive from central London. Driver was on time and the van was very nice. Ended up on a group van but there was plenty of room for everyone. And no stops to pick up others.

I recently used this transfer service for our trip from our hotel in central London to the Southampton cruise port, and it was a complete letdown. We paid a whopping $356 USD for two people, which led us to assume we’d get a private ride—especially since the booking details didn’t scream “shared shuttle” in big bold letters. My bad for not scrutinizing the fine print, but at that price, who wouldn’t expect exclusivity? The driver showed up 15 minutes late to our hotel, already setting a frustrating tone. Then came the surprise: we were sharing the van with other passengers. Turns out, everyone else in the vehicle had the exact same misconception—we were all grumbling about it from the start. We were the first pickup, but by the time we reached the next couple at their hotel, we were over 45 minutes behind schedule. The delays just snowballed from there. By the end, we were crammed in like sardines in a tin—six adults plus mountains of luggage in what felt like an overburdened minivan. The driver performed absolute miracles trying to Tetris everything in, but it was clear the vehicle was struggling under the weight. At one point, another car on the motorway even flashed its lights and gestured wildly to signal that our van looked dangerously overloaded. The whole journey felt unsafe and chaotic, turning what should have been a smooth 2-hour transfer into a stressful ordeal that made us late for our cruise embarkation. For $356, this service was nowhere near worth it. Overpriced for a shared, unreliable shuttle that prioritized squeezing in as many fares as possible over comfort or punctuality. Save your money and book something truly private—lesson learned the hard way. Avoid unless you’re okay with the gamble.

This was the worst ground transportation we have ever had. To charge a surcharge and then go and wait and wait at other hotels was rediculous. We had a boarding time of 12 noon which we did not make due to all the stops and waits. The driver was not the least concerned about our schedule one bit. Then to have the gull to contact me today to pay the surcharge which I already paid in April 2025.
