5.00We had booked the smaller group and more expensive tour, but they moved us to the big bus tour because there wasn’t enough people for the small bus tour. It was still a great experience and they refunded the difference to us. We drove for hours because it was raining and really cloudy. I was convinced that there wouldn’t be any opportunities of seeing the northern lights that night. Then the sky cleared up at midnight and we saw the lights! I’m so glad the tour guide, Martin, didn’t give up. He knew better. I’ve heard from others who went out the same night we did, but they didn’t see the lights. We had also booked the next night just in case. We skipped the 2nd night since we already saw it. We booked them because they pick up at our hotel, the Scandic Grand, which made it very convenient. This is a straight up company. I would book them again.

5.00I had this tour 2 times in a week and would have again if I had more time there. Special thank you to Isabella, Martin, Nicolai, Jose for their kindness. They gave us all the details we needed and took very good care of us. The pictures are amazing, thank you for them too. The price of the tour is affordable. Hardly recommended tour, choose them if you want to have a lifetime experience.

5.00Oktober 8, we were with Andreas Danielsen. The tour was amazing .He gave us tips on how to spot the aurora borealis. He gave all efforts to shoot the best pictures but never neglecting the saftety of everbody in the rocky grounds running to give assistance or support to his guests where necessary.

5.00Our guide, Andreas and Nicolai, doesn’t only know where to find the best spot to view the lights but they definitely know what they are talking about. It does make a huge difference if the guide is locally grown :p). We did a few stops every time we see the lights and then camp at the beach with bonfire, hotdogs and drinks to keep us warm. And best of all, we came home with lots of beautiful souvenir photos. Highly recommend ‘Hello Tromso’.

5.00We had an unforgettable experience with Hello Tromsø! The guide was passionate and knew exactly where to go for the best chance of seeing the aurora. We stayed warm by the fire with hot chocolate while the lights danced above us. Absolutely magical ❤️

5.00100% the right choice 🥇A mega tour just for us 3 people despite vague prospect of success we started and the very experienced Johann offered us a fantastic tour with beautiful northern lights sightings. Thank you for this experience By the way, he told us a lot about the history of Northern Ireland.
