The tour operator Aloha sent confusing calls and texts. First asking us to change the date then when we could not proceeded with the tour. They also kept changing the pickup location.

Very moving, what many gave for our freedom. Our children and grandchildren need to understand the magnitude of what a world war can do and the losses that will result.

I would give a zero here if I could! I ordered this tour weeks before our trip and it had been confirmed twice, but whenI cra was collecting my bags at the airport I received a call from this tour company telling me they could not accommodate us for the tour we had reserved and that we'd have to reschedule. When I told them we could not reschedule as we had limited time and other tours already booked, so I wanted a refund, the gal got real snippy with me on the phone. I booked essentially the same tour with Karma Tours and had no issues with them. The Aloha Tour company could definitely use a good training in customer service! I most certainly will not be booking any future tours through them based on this experience. The folks at Viator.com were awesome, it was the Aloha Tour company that is an option through the Viator website that was problematic.
