Need to get clear idea of where to meet. Map? The experience was great, but wasted a lot of time looking for the proper entrance.

BEWARE!!!!! We booked tickets through via tour for the Vatican museum and Sistine chapel skip the line and via tour uses a 3rd party Rome City tours who cancelled our tour as we were standing in front of the Vatican and I emailed to say I hadn’t received my ticket yet. After calling via tour I was told this happens frequently because they are not guaranteed a certain number of tickets and sell more than they get. Luckily(??) we were able to stand in line for 3 hours and still get in. I will never book through them again

DO NOT BOOK! Cancelled 10 minutes prior to our tour and left us without tickets. Our family traveled to Rome for this experience. The Rome tour company is a scam.

Make sure your tickets are delivered upon purchasing experience or tour. Don’t let the “1-2 hours” leading up to your experience for them to present tickets happen. Purchased tour tickets for the Vatican museum and Sistine Chapel. I received a 2am same day email to get ready for my tour. 30min before my 930am tour I got a message saying their “morning tickets are delayed… We are unable to provide you the tickets on time.” This was extremely frustrating and disappointing. First and last time using Viator.

Skip the line tickets worked. Plan on several hours and wear comfortable shoes! Well worth it! My husband needed one of their wheelchairs ( get inside at baggage hold). The staff were helpful with directions and elevators.
