1.00I was sent by email my "tickets". when i showed them to an official at the VAtican, he told me that those were not tickets. My aoppointment was at 1:30. prior to that time the official tickets were not emailed to me. i was very dismayed and upset, thinking that this was a scam.

1.00We never received the tickets, had to purchase a tour and pay more money and waited 3 hours for our other local tour. I understand this occurred for many ISA tours as basilica was closed the day we visited but would have been nice to honor our Sistine chapel and museum tickets instead of having to purchase a local tour. Thankful Viator reimbursed us that day but very inconvenient as we booked this tour 3 months prior and got cancelled the morning of the tour
